Shipping HEADING_TITLE

Most our items are sent using the Royal Mail delivery services, First Class, First Class recorded and Special Delivery. There is also the option to use our courier service. These options are available during the checkout process. To check the delivery charges please add the product you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and you can view the delivery charges using our shipping calculator in the shopping cart. You do not need to register or sign up to view these details. Delivery charges start at 2.99.

Delivery estimates for Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail First Class Recorded are provided by Royal Mail and we do not accept any responisibility for delay to delivery caused by The Royal Mail. We will be happy to aid you in claimin for a replacement, please email support@audio-mania.co.uk for further details. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery service you must use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier delivery.

We dispatch orders 5 days per week. 99% of the time we have items in stock for next day delivery, however occasionally there may be a small delay whilst more stock is acquired. You will be informed of any delays once your order is placed or on request via email.

If you have selected the Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery options you can track your item online (Royal Mail Recorded delivery items can only be tracked once delivered). If you have selected the Courier delivery option you can track the item from the moment it is collected from our warehouse. You can track the parcel using the link below, and will require the tracking number for the parcel, which can be obtained on request by emailing support@audio-mania.co.uk

 

We do not ship outside the United Kingdom under any circumstances

 

Problems and Returns:

We provide full customer support in the rare cases when problems arise! When you ship as many items as us occasionally things can go wrong. Occasionally descriptions can contain errors, or very occasionally there is a faulty product.
