What are your delivery charges?
Our rates vary on the weight of the item. To find out the delivery charge for your order please add it to your basket (no registration requried) and our shipping calculator will display the shipping options and charges underneath your basket. Delivery charges start at £2.99 for a memory card or audio accessory, £3.49 for an audio player and £7.99 for a digital photo frame. Adding extra items will not double the postage charge, and will often keep the postage charge the same, or only increase it by 50 pence. We recommend taking advantage of this to purchase the audio accessories. First class, first class recorded, special and DHL delivery methods are available. The delivery times stated next to the delivery methods are as recommended by the delivery companies, we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused whilst the items are in transit. Normal delivery times for First class and First class recorded are quicker than the suggested times stated. If you require a guaranteed delivery date we suggest using Special delivery or DHL courier. Orders shipped via DHL courier must be submitted before 3PM for a guaranteed next day delivery, orders shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery must be submitted before 4PM for a guaranteed next day delivery. We cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery, although in most cases the Special Delivery option will delivery on a Saturday. All other methods do not have a guarnateed delivery date and any claims for delay must be resolved with Royal Mail directly.
